MITTA advances in deepening its safety culture
This is the application of the SafeAling methodology, designed by the international consulting firm DEKRA and implemented at MITTA, by the ACHS Strategic Consulting team.
According to the experience of both organizations, leaders such as supervisors and managers are examples to follow, they have an important role in the prevention of accidents and their impact is very relevant in the control of exposures. That is why the ACHS-Dekra SafeAling methodology focuses on supporting and empowering them. The objective is to align a single vision of security, seeking that all efforts are of quality and reach their greatest potential. “So we are very eager to strengthen the role of leadership, turning supervisors and managers into powerful safety leaders aligned with the vision of MITTA's senior leadership,” explains Renatte Arauz, Head of Prevention and Environment.
